Nitro Takeover was a weekend long stund on MTV, featuring an array of Nitro Circus episodes and specials.
Working with promo produced Andy Wallace, we created this promo fun promo, in a similar vein as the Hills Takeover promo we had created previously.

I decided to go with a hand animated look for this promo
by createding 3D models of a couple of different styles motrobike helmets and hand-tracking them over the footage in Maya.
I rendered these out with just plain grey blinn materials on them, then hand-animated and coloured over the helmets in Photoshop and After Effects.
